For a meeting of the directors of a well-known coffee manufacturer worldwide, I was able to organize appropriate locations for the conference and the evenings in London. The conference should take place in a location where the business people and trend setters of London meet and which provides an urban atmosphere. The evening locations should also meet these requirements. I chose Shoreditch House, an exclusive modern London club for the conference, and two special restaurant pubs for the evenings. I chose one pub in Fulham that specializes in game and a trendy pub in the business district. Together with my partner, Dirk Peltzer, on site, I was able to lead the project to a “Bulls Eye” success.
It has always been my dream to organize an event in the Konzerthaus on Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin. That’s the “Oper! Awards” ceremony too, which I was able to support with my team. It was a very special honor and joy for me. Mario Flaschentraeger, an experienced event professional, was in charge of the directing and the process organization. The great response of all participants and clients promise that we will support the event in the coming year too, is what makes my job so appealing!
A very special incentive trip took the best customers of a software company from Munich to South Tyrol, more precisely to the Sarntal. The Hotel Bad Schörgau formed the home base from which the motorized rides in the Dolomites and on the Lake Garda were started. Gregor Wenter our host once again lived up to its name as an exception with its excellent Tyrolean cuisine. In addition to the exceptional route that left nothing to be desired by drivers, the highlights were certainly the lunch on the so-called shiver- terrace high above Lake Garda and a stop at a rustic alpine hut in which guests were well looked after.
MIPIM in Cannes is the meeting point for real estate professionals and real estate moguls in the world. Every year in March the who's who of the industry meets here. Accordingly, the best locations are in demand for a gala evening that arouses the desire among the big fish in the industry to be there. Together with my local partners, we managed to find such a location. The agency from Germany, which looks after the customer, took care of the corresponding interior and thus all the goals that the customer had set for this evening were achieved!

Through my contacts on the island we brought the client with his guests as the first group in the new Hotel and Sport Center Rafael Nadal.

Together with a German production company, I organized interviews with famous professors in medicine for an American pharmaceutical company in Italy (Bologna, Modena, Milan, Bari) and Spain (Mallorca and Madrid). My tasks were finding the location, providing the technical equipment, the furniture, the make-up artist and the catering. All correspondence went through my hands, as the colleagues on the customer side did not speak Italian or Spanish.

For the 20 best customers from EMEA of an IT company from California I was asked to organize a sailing incentive in Mallorca. Together with a charter entrepreneur, who was also a skipper of one of the 3 yachts on board, I worked out an individual regatta and ensured the necessary logistics on land.
